You might have heard of it; some call it intuitive eating; some call it conscious eating; some even go as far as calling it just eating 🙂

Sarcasm aside, we feel, that getting fully present, with whatever we have chosen to eat, can bring a real sense of freedom and ease around food.

One thing we don’t wish it to be, or ever become, is more flippin’RULES – look how far that got us?!
